About me
David has well over 20 years of experience in Residential Real Estate plus several years of Business Broking. His primarily focused areas are East Perth, CBD precinct, Crawley and parts of the Western Suburbs.
He has worked in multiple industries ranging from banking, the airline industry and owning/operating businesses including supermarkets, growers’ markets and lunch bars. This experience has gained him a wealth of knowledge in working with and adapting to different personality types which is a valuable skill in the real estate industry.
David started to take an interest in the East Perth residential market back in 1999. This was a time where there were still many vacant blocks and residences under construction. He can safely say that his knowledge of the area is second to none.
Life so far has taken David from Adelaide to Darwin to Gove, Mount Isa and Perth over the past 40 or so years. His interests include sport along with watching the success of his children in retail and various business ventures across the CBD, Subiaco, Cottesloe and Swanbourne areas.
He is extremely proud to now be part of the Halyn sales team.
